1. Free Plan

The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan. You can use it indefinitely without any charges.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Pro Plan)

If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time Pro subscribers only and does not apply to renewals.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@humnly.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your Humnly account
  3. Include your reason for the refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)
  4. We will process your request within 1–2 business days
  5. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

4. Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Your access will continue until the end of the paid annual period.

5. When Refunds Are NOT Available

  • Monthly plan renewals (you can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
  • Annual plans after the 7-day window
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after initial purchase
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Free trials that were converted to paid plans (the 7-day period begins from conversion date)

6. Team Plan Refunds

Team plan subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription. For billing disputes involving team plans, please contact our support team at support@humnly.com for a case-by-case review.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@humnly.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current period. To stop future charges AND receive a refund for the current period (within 7 days), you must explicitly request a refund by emailing support@humnly.com.

9. Currency and Payment Processing

All refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside our control. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and are subject to Paddle's standard processing times.
